About me

I'm JordyPop. I'm an artist making digital work for fun.

Portrait of JordyPop in a warm interior
JordyPop, at homeI had an idea, so I made it.

I'm currently a Studio Art student with a long-standing background in digital work and sculpture. Making things is how I follow curiosities, experiment with new forms, and turn ideas I can't stop thinking about into something real.

My digital projects are part of that larger art practice. They tend to begin with subjects I already love—food, travel, culture, design, games, and interesting places—and grow through play, research, and experimentation.

This little corner of the internet is where I keep the things I've imagined and made.

LuxeJetter is the product evolution of the destination-first point of view behind Jet Set LatAM. It turns travel publishing into a useful wardrobe companion: explore style guidance by destination and occasion, build a versatile trip capsule, discover complete shoppable looks, save destinations locally, and match Glow beauty routines to climate, transit, and arrival. The launch marks a shift from publishing inspiration about a place to building a product people can carry into the journey.

Explore Let Them Eat

One app for exploring food as culture, craft, and curiosity.

A released iOS product for editorial food discovery and interactive learning, bringing distinct culinary worlds together inside one extensible experience.

Quick view

Let Them Eat began with Cake and evolved into one unified food discovery and education app. Each culinary subject becomes a deep digital world combining encyclopedia-style discovery, global and cultural exploration, interactive workshops, pairing and sommelier experiences, planning tools, saved collections, rich photography, and editorial storytelling. The central product-design challenge was creating one extensible system that can support very different food worlds without feeling like a collection of unrelated mini-apps.

  • Released on iOS
  • Encyclopedia-style discovery across multiple culinary worlds
  • Global and cultural exploration with rich food photography and editorial storytelling

A special Studio Art project taking shape this semester.

An evolving semester project within my Studio Art practice, bringing my interests in physical making, digital work, experimentation, and process into one developing body of work.

Quick view

Petalware is my special project for this semester. It is still taking shape through research, material exploration, making, and critique, so I am keeping the public description intentionally open rather than defining the finished work before the process has had room to unfold.

  • A semester-long Studio Art project currently in development
  • Iterative concept and material studies
  • A process shaped by making, documentation, reflection, and critique

Nine words. Three categories. One thing in common.

A word and category game built around pattern recognition, lateral thinking, and the satisfying moment when everything clicks.

Quick view

Commonality came from wanting a small game with a very clean rule and a surprisingly deep solve. Every round is designed to create that specific moment when unrelated-looking words reorganize themselves in your head and the hidden connection suddenly feels obvious.

  • Nine-word puzzles built around three linked categories
  • Custom validation and game-state logic
  • Clear feedback for guesses without giving away the solve

A little more

An art practice shaped by curiosity and play.

My work moves between physical and digital forms. I have a history in digital art and sculpture, and I'm currently studying Studio Art while continuing to explore what an artwork can be—including an app, an interactive world, a useful object, or an experience on a screen.

For these digital pieces, I work across concept, visual direction, interaction, content, and development. I approach the code as another creative material: something I can experiment with, shape, and use to make an idea tangible.
